Below is a miracle story from a gentleman who goes by the name 'Namasivaya' posted in the Baba Miracles FB group in response to this blog post:
Namasivaya: "Hi Ryan I'm excited to get this. I've been wanting to do this process for some time. I know [Sai Baba] is real because I asked Him to come into my life and two weeks later He manifested himself in the Union Square Subway, in New York City, dressed just like He was in that 1918 photo sitting with his legs crossed. I couldn't believe it - He told me to pray for Him because He needed the prayers and He would pray for me. I was so blissed out and dizzy I thought I was going to faint.
If you go on YouTube you can find videos where Baba physically has walked into temples in this time and age. I have read accounts on the internet mainly because after I had the experience I ask myself, 'Did this really happen?' But there He was. We got on an elevator together at the subway and when He came out, and by the way He always would talk in symbols, He asked me. 'How do you get to the port of authority?' How do you get to heaven was what He was referring to, but He wanted to get off at Port Authority on the subway. I decided to go for it and I said to Him, 'You know something, you look a lot like Shirdi Sai Baba,' and He was so humble - He shook his head and said, 'No, don't worship Me...GOD...God is everything ... please pray for Me and I will pray for you.'
I got back on the train and was separated from Him. When I got to Port Authority I ran up the stairs and I found Him and I helped Him up the stairs. He had to be about 80 years old which was how old He was when he [took samadhi]. He turned around and we were facing each other and I was crying I said to him, 'Are you Shirdi Baba?' He bowed to me and said, 'Yes,' and then he said, 'Remember, pray for me and I will pray for you.' I got on the subway and I cried for 25 minutes, got off in Inwood, and went to a Garden Terrace Restaurant.
As soon as I sat down a thunderbolt came down, a lightning bolt, and the entire Heavens thundered into eternity. It was the biggest thunder I ever heard in my life and I knew without a shadow of a doubt that I had just experienced a Divine miracle. I pray for Him every night and I'm going to get myself to His temple in Queens as soon as possible. I hope this makes your day I pass this wonderful, miracle on to you who read it so you will be blessed as well as me - Shirdi Sai Baba is truly amazing."
Me: "Out of curiosity, what was he wearing?"
Namasivaya: "He was wearing the same sahdu outfit he was wearing in the 1918 famous picture which all the statues are based on. The scarf on his head was Green and I felt he was telling me he was all love because green is the heart chakra the rest of his robes were like cream colored he had sandals on and a walking stick all of this in 2015 New York City because he appeared to me I feel he's got me and I've got to learn as much as I can from him. Let me tell you I was shaking with the Shakti!!!"
